The Leadhound Single Merchant Multi Campaigns Version is securely hosted  on our server hardware.  This Product has a one time only $195 license fee, which includes basic custom template design and configuration.  It also requires a minimum $50.00 per monthly charge as well as additional  bandwidth charges.

Benchmark

Depending on your Hardware System configuration, the Leadhound Software can handle a large amount of traffic, especially if the database is moved to its own database servers and you have apache load balancing.

A Real-life benchmark of the Leadhound system, running 670 banners per second (40,200 per min) (2,412,000 per hr) 57 million impressions per day.

On a single dedicated p4 Dual or Quad Xeon 3.2 server, which hosts your website and database  based on the recommended specifications, 4-5 million unique impressions per day is easily achieved with an optimized php.ini , httpd.conf and my.cnf file.

Each customer is provided with 3 Manuals.  One for the Affiliate,, Merchant and Staff Network Admin.

Daily tasks

The Leadhound system is self maintained and it will happily run on auto pilot until an "action" is required from you.

A possible action is approving or rejecting an Affiliate, approval of a client or a campaign modification. Accepting a payment request, you will receive an email notification to your admin email address asking you to action the request. 

Affiliate statistics can also updated on request and Affiliate payments are set to be monthly.

Cron

Cron enables server and database optimization.  This updates campaigns when they expire, changes pending transactions to approved, emails affiliates newsletters, notifies merchants when their account balance is running low, plus many other features.


Custom programming work
While we have tried to incorporate all features required to run a highly successfully network, we fully understand that all features are not required by all of our customers, or even some customer might request a completely custom module. That is why we are at your disposal to perform any custom modification to the system.
